PDF Embedder

The PDF Embedder WordPress plugin allows you to add and embed PDF files in your WordPress site. This article explains how to combine that with the GeoDirectory plugin.
It is a bit of a manual process every time a user adds a PDF but gives you a nice PDF display on the page.

1. Download the PDF Embedder plugin the normal WordPress way and activate.
2. Create a file upload custom field.
   
3. Create a HTML custom field, with the following settings:
   1. Admin edit only? Yes - This is important, because you do not want your users to have access to this field.
   2. Add the field as a new tab on the detail page.
4. When a user uploads a PDF file, add the URL of the file to the PDF embedder shortcode in the HTML field.
   1. For example for the Brochure tab in the sample listing we used
